Hey Mike

Brutally honest as usual.

Once you take responsibility for your own actions you will see a difference in not only your business but in your everyday life as well.

But in Tom’s defense it depends on your upline.As an upline it is your responsibility to help your team succeed.If your team is willing to put in the effort and work at a common goal then you should go a little further and push them over the edge.On the flip side if they are slackers and expect you to build their business while they sit and watch well then you don’t really need them. Ther are a few uplines out there that are more concerned with getting their downline built and filling the funnel that they forget you are their downline and if you fail they fail. So after you take responsibility don’t be afraid to hold your upline accountable for their actions as well. After all its a network and like a chain its only as good as its weakest link.
Anyway great content straight forward and to the point

Mike i absolutley agree with the process of learning how to sell and how its “your” fault not your upline. Me personally i learned by failing over and over and over again. It was a nightmare. In my network marketing business i didn’t sponsor any cold leads for almost 2 years. The one thing that change my business around was when i adapted the Business owner mentality. Next was to learn how to sell. Long story short my struggles had led me to magnetic sponsoring. I clearly saw that it wasn’t my uplines fault, it was my lack of knowledge and failur is one way to learn. Process first than stability.

I have watched an enjoyed the 7 day free video series. I appreciate your straight forward honest approach to helping people like me to understand what it takes to be a successful marketer.

This video is especially important because few people today want to take responsibility for their action and choices. It is always easier and more convenient to blame someone else for personal failures. I hope all who watch this video will see the light if this truth and take responsibility for there decisions, learn from their mistakes, and get back in the game.
