That’s good stuff Ryan!
Learning never stops.
Ryan, Thanks for the insight. Definitely a case of influence every time, thats what should be taught.
That was very interesting and well put. Thank you for that lesson.
Ryan,
Thank you for your clarity and insight! You are helping many to discover that their helpful intent is best served through influence, yet the techniques and strategies that they have picked up along the way may be those of manipulation. Powerful words and concepts!
I recommend you watch this video learn and pass it on.
Being in sales for the last 20 years only recently have I discovered that most of the sales school I attended were teaching only quick ways to make sales and although they promoted long term relationship the real goal was to make the quick sale and move on to the next customer with very little rapport. Loved your quick video and truly believe that gaining the trust of customers are the key to any successful business.
Thanks for sharing hope more see more in the future.
Ron
I totally appreciate the question asked by Doris S.
I think alike and I also think that Ryan C. Angelo answered that well. Long term relationships are not built in 5 minutes. Going for the easy buck and the easy fast sale is not helpful, it’s actually in many cases very destructive to businesses.
Thanks for the video,
Martin
I think manipulation is a short sighted tactic since it will only deliver limited results and could potentially damage the manipulator in the longer term. If the “victim” reverts to type and hhis/her peers see the negative effect, they will be put off throwing their lot in with the manipulator.
I have always found that leading by example will attract more followers than short term glitzy sideshows that vanish intot hin air once the shine has worn off. I tend to use a softly softly approach to demonstrate my success to others and then discreetly offer them the chance to join me.
Many people have dreams of success and are easily to talk into buying products hawked by people like Mike Dillard, Mark Hoverson, and others . How many people buy but fail? How many people spend money they don’t have to buy so called .. the best product of the year? the next best thing since your last or your buddy”s last product. When is any online marketer going to offer a true how to find success product, market your business, etc without trying to charge them a king’s ransom for their junk? Bull
Ryan- thanks for the training. At the end of the video, you asked a question about manipulation. I try to use logic (and ethics) when it comes to this. As you explained, if a person were to be manipulated then he or she may return the item or training – PLUS have a bad feeling about you. I would much rather take time to build rapport and value, so I can help the person succeed and have them as a long term client (and maybe a “friend”). By simply using logic, why take a chance at making $5 today when I could build rapport and value to make $500 over time? I know a person may say “That $500 is not gauranteed” and I would reply “Neither is the $5 you manipulated to get because it can be returned”. In addition, word of mouth from building rapport and value will also create future sales because of the happy customer I created, which I can’t replace. Just my 10 cents worth. Have a great day and I look forward to meeting you and learning from you in the future.
I think you could some it all up with…
It’s so much easier to make money when you actually care about the people you are selling too…
This is fantastic information. I have not been in network marketing very long, but this will help very much. I surely do not want to be doing things the wrong way… Thanks again.
I like that Ed. So true too.
This is too much good stuff Ryan. For a while, I was a victim of getting caught in the web of being outside of myself. This new thought of age that has been going around isn’t really me( as far online strategies) It contradicted what was really me, and put me into a little trance of what I like to call” Getting Rich Quick by just staying positive every single day and everything automatically gets attracted to you” It put in a little world that getting rich was fairly easy now’a days. Pretty cool stuff Ryan. And to answer your question-I don’t think those type of strategies should be tought at all. Where being outside of your self, is the best way to get what you want fast.
I totally agree with you and I believe that as soon as everyone starts to get on the road to enlightened entrepeneurship, we will start to see the world change.
Wow! that’s got me thinking about some stuff I’m working on. Thanks again Ryan, -understanding influence is like operating on my soul.
Great training Ryan on how manipulation is focused on the immediate outcome. But later when the person reflects on their decision, they can have ‘buyer’s remorse’.
