About Me

Hi there.

My name is Rebecca Beasley and I've been knocking around on the net now for about 16 years. I guess I always wanted to have my own business from the time I first got online. My first encounter with a computer was at the public library and I was hooked as soon as I sent my first e-mail and got an autoresponse back. I didn't know how it worked but I knew that somehow I was going to learn how to use these awesome tools and so I set out on an adventure into the world of network marketing.

Now don't get me wrong... I didn't start out knowing the first thing about computers and had no clue how I was going to make my first dime online. And it was years before I finally sold my first e-book or got into a paid business opportunity. I didn't even have a credit card or a bank account when I first started. As a matter of fact, it took me a while before I even got a real computer. When I did finally get online from home, it was on a Sega Dreamcast game system that had an internet cd and a remote control like the kind you use for a tv. So writing a short e-mail was a very long and tedious process.

Finally out of frustration, I went to Wal Mart and purchased a web tv. I met a lot of wonderful people on that little gadget and learned how to do a lot of things, like writing simple html code and basic computer skills like copy and paste and such. But I couldn't download anything and it didn't let me see everything I wanted to see.

So finally after two years I got my first computer with a real hard drive! (365 megabytes) which I very quickly crashed after downloading everything I saw. It was several years later before I got my own brand new one. I had a lot to learn and it took a lot of time to get where I wanted to be, actually I'm still learning and growing and from my mistakes and bad experiences I've gotten pretty good at comprimising and finding ways of getting over hurdles. I guess you might say I'm a diehard. I guess most people might have given up long ago and just made up their mind that it wasn't in the cards for them to succeed, but it's only made me want it more.

Through all of the rough spots and all the financial problems I've encountered on the road to success, I've learned a lot of valuable lessons that might have cost me thousands of dollars if I had learned them in the usual way. And I've held on to my dream of one day becoming a millionaire and being able to have more than enough of everything and leaving a legacy behind for someone else to follow.

It's not because I'm a better person than anyone else, it's because I had such great mentors who paved the way and laid down the groundwork for me to follow. My only goal now is to do whatever I can to bring what I've learned to others who are struggling like I once did.

If there's anything I can do to help you, please don't hesitate to ask.

Hi Rebecca...
Thanks for the note, it was great talking with you as well, and I hope you have a nice weekend! :)
You are welcome and encouraged to connect with me at www.myspace.com/ginandjuiced, however I do not talk or blog about work-related stuff there, just a place for photos and music, and the occasional slice-of-life blog. Later!

Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for the comment, and add... I think we did talk at some point, as your name sounds very familiar. In response to your question about PPC ads, I updated my reply, as you are right, my article lacked content! :( So, feel free to check out the reply, which includes take-aways from a webinar on Writing Compelling PPC ads.
