Welcome to the Magnetic Sponsoring support page. If you have questions regarding any of our products, order shipments, errors, or any other questions. Feel free to submit a support ticket by getting a support account with at the link below or submit a ticket in your affiliate back office and one of our agents will answer your request within 48 hours, usually much sooner.

If you have an affiliate account with us, please login to your account here, and submit a ticket under the "support" tab at the top.

If you DO NOT have an affiliate account with us, please create a support account with us here, by entering your email address in the space provided and following the steps to create your username and password. Once you have created your account submit a support ticket with your issues or concerns. (You only need to setup an account once, and submit as many tickets as you like or view responses to past issues by logging in at the link below.)

If you would like to contact us by phone and leave a message please do so by calling 512.220.0242.  Please clearly state your full name, your email address, and a detailed description of any issues that you may be having.
